While Forever™ will always strive to get the colors of your print product as close as possible to what you see on your computer monitor, we may never be able to get your print projects 100% true to the coloring you see on your computer screen. If you have received a product where the coloring is drastically different, then there’s a chance that your computer’s monitor has not been properly calibrated.
Neglecting to calibrate your monitor can result in falsely projecting the hue and brightness of your photos and papers on your screen. While you’re seeing pink in the project you created within Artisan, we’re seeing purple—and that means that unfortunately purple is what is going to be printed.
