If your order is damaged during shipping, includes a manufacturing defect, or is otherwise flawed because of a mistake on our part, we will replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
If you are unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, we will be happy to help you fix it. Simply contact email@example.com, and we will work with you to correct the errors and help you reorder your project.
Once your print order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable, so please make sure you have triple-checked every page for design and spelling errors before placing your order.
Because quality is very important to us, when you request a reprint, we may ask you to take photos of the damage to the original order and send them to us, or return the original order to us, so we can look at the problems you encountered and improve our print process.
All requests for reprints must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of the original order.
