If you are unable to reset your password after clicking the "Password Reset" link, there could be two issues occurring:
- If you did receive your password reset e-mail and the link is not working, please make sure you are clicking on the most recent password reset e-mail and then the link within. If you accidentally send yourself multiple password reset e-mails, or perhaps you reached out to Forever Customer Care and we sent you one too, the previous links will become disabled because there is a newer e-mail that was sent to you, with a newer link. That most recent e-mail and link will be the currently active link and will allow you to reset your password.
- If you did not receive the password reset e-mail from Forever after clicking on the "Reset Password" link in Forever, please make sure to check your spam folder. These e-mails do sometimes get routed into there. If it does, you can click on the e-mail and move it your inbox. That will allow you to click the link within and it will teach your Inbox to no longer send that type of e-mail from Forever to your spam box.
