How can I change my payment method?

To change your payment information for a 12 month subscription payment plan purchased after September 31st, 2016 please follow these steps:

  1. Log-in to your Forever™ Account.
  2. In the upper right hand corner click on "Account".
  3. Then click on "Account Settings".
  4. On the left hand side you will see the option "Payment Methods" underneath the Orders & Downloads section, click there.
  5. You will then want to "Add New Payment Method".
  6. Once finished with adding the new payment method, make sure to remove the old one by clicking on the "Remove" option next to the old payment information
  7. To have your newly entered payment information associated to your subscription (recurring payments), click on "Recurring Payments" which can also be found under the Order & Downloads section
  8. For your subscription (recurring payments) click on "Switch Payment Method" and then select the newly entered payment information
  9. Your recurring payments will now be associated to the new information

 

Important: If your subscription account was purchased before Oct. 1st, 2016 that means you have a legacy subscription and you will need to call Forever Customer Care or e-mail us at support@forever.com
