Just like you are able to change the settings on your phone between using WiFi and cellular data, you can also toggle between the two on the Forever™ mobile app. To find these settings, please complete the following steps:
- Sign in to your Forever™ mobile app.
- Click on your hamburger (three lines) icon in the top left of your screen.
- Click on "Manage Cellular Data".
- To turn the cellular data on and off, click on the green button at the bottom of the screen.
If you are experiencing issues uploading photos from your iOS app, please try switching between these two features to try resolving the issue. You may also want to consider changing your Auto-Lock settings (found in your device’s General Settings) to “never” while trying to upload.
