What DPI do you scan my items at?

Photo albums, scrapbook pages and other documents are scanned 300 DPI unless you request a higher resolution (we can go as high as 1200 DPI, though the need for this is very rare).

Individual Photographs are scanned at 600 DPI, and can include both front and back if requested.

Negatives and Slides are scanned at 2400 DPI.

Please note that scanning at a higher DPI does consume more space per image. It is important that you have enough storage available, if requesting a higher DPI.
