Why Can’t I Log Into the iPhone Mobile App?

If you are getting the error message that either your email or your password is incorrect when you first try to log into your FOREVER® account with your iPhone application, please do the following:

  • Make sure that in your settings on your device your cellular data is turned on for FOREVER® while you are logging in.
  • Once you are logged in, you can go into the app settings and turn off cellular data.
